Property Developers Mastermind Awards 2020

Every year we celebrate the achievements and efforts of all of our Masterminders. Every single person on the mastermind is special to us as we want nothing but success from our students. 

2020 has been an unusual year to say the least, but there has been some amazing deals and an awesome community feel on the White Box Property Developers Mastermind. 

This year, we will not be celebrating as a collective in person... BUT we will still have an awards evening and celebrate together on the evening of Wednesday 9th December. 

In order to make the awards a success. We need your support. Firstly we need you to submit you nominations in the form below by Friday 30th October 2020. 

Secondly, we would love all of you to be in attendance on the evening of Wednesday 9th December, dressed up in your glad rags as we celebrate the success together. 

This years awards will be; 

Masterminders Choice Award - This is the award that you choose... Who, out of all the masterminders, has inspired you the most? 

New Build Deal of the Year - The best new build development (submitted by you) chosen by the White Box Team

Commercial Deal of the Year - The best commercial conversion development (submitted by you) chosen by the White Box Team

The Best Newcomer - The best newcomer to the Mastermind (less than 6 months) who has shown tenacity and effort chosen by the White Box Team

Recognition of Excellence - The masterminder who has shown excellence throughout the year and has shown resilience of challenges chosen by the White Box Team

Developer of the Year - The overall best of the best. The Masterminder who has been consistently excellent throughout the year. Chosen by Andi & Lloyd
